2020 Golf Tournament Season - FINAL THOUGHTS

Walking down the 9th fairway (our 18th hole), I looked at Jesse and said, “I’m tired…I’m kind of glad tournament season is over”. With all of the preparation work (mental, physical, swing changes, etc) that I made during the year I noticed 2 things: first, that I hadn’t played this consistent of golf in a long time and secondly that my mind and body held up quite well throughout the year. With that being said, WITHOUT that preparation I did, I can honestly say that I would not have been able to play as many competitive tournament rounds as I did (8 rounds). I can only imagine how exhausted those professionals (and high-level amateurs) are and the amount of prep work they must do to make sure they are playing their BEST GOLF, consistent golf, and minimizing any risk of injury or let down.
