Warm up TO hit golf balls … not BY hitting golf balls!

Many golfers will show up to the course, with about 5-10 minutes left (I’m being generous for most) before their tee time, golf bash about 5 or 6 drivers and then head to the first tee. From there, they are completely and utterly SHOCKED that they get off to a slow start and it takes a few holes to get going.

Simply starting your round with a 2-3 minute physical routine (find what works best for you personally) to get your body moving better and finishing by rolling a few putts to get used to the greens for the day and you’ll notice that you START SHOOTING LOWER SCORES!

Email us if you have any questions about how, and where, to start or if you’d like to get our FREE 3-minute warm up to ensure you play better golf. Jason@Rule76Performance.com
