Physical Therapy & Human Performance Training

EVALUATE, TEST, INNOVATE, RETEST

  • Modern rehabilitation has traded individualized care for high-volume routines—prioritizing speed and standard protocols over solving the real causes of injury. - NOT HERE AT RULE 76 PERFORMANCE!

  • We’re rewriting the playbook on recovery. This is more than rehab—it’s a bridge to peak performance. Our mission is to help you bounce back stronger, tougher, and more confident than before.
The payoff? Faster returns, fewer obstacles, and performance that endures.

  • We suggest that you dress comfortably and allow access to the injured area. For example, wear shorts if you have a knee injury.

  • Full payment is required at the time services are rendered.

  • Self-pay physical therapy allows you to receive high-quality, personalized care without needing a referral or insurance pre-approval. You pay your therapist directly at the time of service, and in many cases, you can submit a receipt (called a "superbill") to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits. This model offers greater flexibility, more one-on-one time with your therapist, and often faster access to care.

  • We work with active people of all ages who take their health and performance seriously. Whether you're a weekend warrior, high school athlete, busy professional, or just someone who loves to stay active, my clients all share one thing in common: they want to be treated like a pro. I provide expert, evidence-based physical therapy to help them recover, perform, and stay at their best—regardless of their sport, fitness level, or background.
