RULE 76 VIRTUAL GOLF PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

Personalized online physical therapy and golf-performance coaching for busy golfers who want to move better, play with less pain and build a body capable of producing more speed.
Get expert guidance from a Doctor of Physical Therapy and TPI-certified golf performance specialist—without repeatedly driving to a clinic.
IS YOUR BODY LIMITING YOUR GOLF GAME?
You’ve taken lessons.
You’ve worked on your swing.
You may have even purchased new equipment.
But your back still tightens up. Your hips don’t rotate like they used to. You lose speed late in the round—and your body feels worse the next morning.
The problem may not be your swing.
Your body may not currently have the mobility, strength or control required to make the swing you’re trying to produce.
The Rule 76 Virtual Golf Performance Program helps identify those physical limitations and gives you a personalized plan to address them from home.
LET’S FIND OUT WHAT’S HOLDING YOU BACK
THIS PROGRAM MAY BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF…
Your back, hip, knee or shoulder bothers you during or after golf
You feel stiff when you address the ball or begin your backswing
You struggle to rotate without compensating
You have lost speed or distance over time
Your body fades before you finish 18 holes
Generic stretching videos haven’t solved the problem
You want expert guidance but cannot regularly travel to Worcester
You want to improve your physical capacity without completely rebuilding your swing
You don’t have to accept pain, stiffness and lost distance as inevitable parts of getting older.

Identify relevant physical limitations
Coach your exercises in real time
Build a program around your home environment
Monitor your progress
Adjust your plan as you improve
Help you become less dependent on passive treatment

YOU DON’T NEED A FULL GYM
Most clients can begin with:

A small area to move
Resistance bands

A golf club
If you have more equipment, we can use it. If you have less, your program will be designed around what is available.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can physical therapy really work online?
Yes, for appropriately selected clients. Virtual physical therapy allows me to evaluate movement, provide education, coach exercise technique and progressively adjust your plan. If your condition requires in-person examination, hands-on care or another medical provider, I will tell you.
Do I need to be injured?
No. This program is appropriate for golfers dealing with pain and for golfers who want to improve mobility, strength, power and physical longevity.
Will you change my golf swing?
No. I am not replacing your golf instructor. My role is to improve the physical qualities that help you move and perform more effectively.
Can you work with my golf professional?
Yes. With your permission, I can collaborate with your golf professional so your physical program supports the changes you are making in your swing.
How much time will I need?
Most clients complete two to four focused sessions each week. Your program will be designed around your schedule and the amount of time you can realistically commit.
Is this covered by insurance?
Rule 76 Performance is a cash-pay, out-of-network practice. HSA and FSA payments may be accepted when applicable. Documentation can be provided if you pursue out-of-network reimbursement, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Where is virtual physical therapy available?
Virtual physical therapy is available to appropriate clients who are physically located in Massachusetts at the time of treatment. Eligibility will be confirmed before care begins.
What happens during the discovery call?
We’ll discuss what you’re experiencing, what you want to accomplish and whether virtual care is an appropriate fit. There is no obligation to enroll.
YOUR SWING CAN ONLY PERFORM AS WELL AS THE BODY CONTROLLING IT
Another stretch may provide temporary relief.
Another lesson may give you another swing thought.
Another club may provide short-term excitement.
But if your body is the limitation, it needs a plan of its own.
Let’s identify what is holding you back and build the mobility, strength and confidence you need to play your best golf.
